Meet the instructor

Clive Vanderwagen

Clive Vanderwagen is a business owner of a company called ReadyPeople Training and Coaching Consultancy. Prior to this he worked as the Head of People and Development for Old Mutual IWyze and was a member of the company’s executive committee and strategic team. As a Training Specialist and Business Coach, his focus is on training and coaching people to be more effective and engaged in the workplace and in their client and stakeholder relationships. He has worked with companies such as Henkel, Tyme Bank, FNB, Nedbank, Sun International, Old Mutual Insure, iWyze, African Pride and Uber, and understand the dynamics of different corporations, industries and outputs.
He is passionate about growing individuals and teams of various levels to understand themselves and their environment better. During the span of his career he has been fortunate to have had exposure to many business disciplines.
