M-power is aimed at all senior members of staff who supervise/manage SAICA trainees. There is a specific focus on supervisors and managers in audit training offices however the skills are relevant for any manager/supervisor

M-Power Managers Programme 

10 x 90-minute live sessions including 15 minutes of speed-networking, 60 minutes of content and 15 minutes Q&A. The networking and Q&A components will not be recorded.

6 x 90-minute practice sessions to embed knowledge and allow participants to practise and apply learning in a small group peer-learning environment. These sessions are not recorded. 
This is a 90-minute practice session limited to 24 participants. Registration is only allowed following completion of related live session, “Coaching Superpowers: Next-level listening."
